Welcome to Langdon Court Hotel and Restaurant where myself and my dedicated team of chefs meticulously instil the craft of cooking using only local suppliers, with meat and poultry from `Gribbles` butchery and fresh produce from our garden, grown and harvested by our gardener Graham Tichmarsh (Alan`s cousin!). Free range eggs are from local farms and fish straight from Brixham or Plymouth harbours. I endeavour to use local produce, which in turn reflects the availability and seasons.
The recipes and dishes are created with the inspiration gained from working for over seventeen years in the industry through many different kitchens; learning, and being inspired by different chefs.
Everything from `hot smoked salmon` to `jus; and `sorbets` is made in house to ensure that both quality and more importantly the consistency remain at the same high level throughout to ensure your dining experience is both pleasurable and memorable.
