THE ENGLISH RENAISSANCE GARDEN

Langdon Court is set within ten acres of mature gardens and woodlands. The traditional, naturally majestic grounds and the English Renaissance Garden illustrate and celebrate layers of an incredible past.

Designed on three levels, the walled garden c. 1705 features the remains of a former hothouse, an aviary and a centrepiece fountain. The gardens are nurtured lovingly by Graham Titchmarsh, cousin to the famous British gardener and television personality Alan Titchmarsh.  Our kitchen garden produces fresh vegetables and herbs that are used daily in the Restaurant and Bistro Bar.

The grounds are registered with English Heritage and visitors are most welcome to enjoy and explore them all year round. Whether staying at the hotel for a week, visiting for an al fresco lunch, afternoon tea, evening meal or if you would like to explore with a glass of wine in hand, you are most welcome.

Only an hour from the Eden Project, Langdon Court makes the ideal stopover destination when visiting this unique attraction in Cornwall.
