The early English Renaissance formal walled garden adjoins the south side of the house.
The walled garden c. 1705 is on three levels and features two gazebos and a centerpiece fountain. The garden is steeped in history and features the remains of a former hothouse and aviary.
Hotel guests and visitors alike can relax and enjoy the gardens all year round.
Restoration of the garden to its former glory is underway. The garden is registered with English Heritage.
